EasyPour™ Concrete Forming Tubes are professional-grade fibre forms built to handle the full hydrostatic pressure of a single continuous pour. Weather Shield™ moisture-resistant adhesive keeps the tube structurally sound in wet jobsite conditions. Available in diameters from 150 mm (6 in) to 1500 mm (60 in) with standard and heavy wall thicknesses, EasyPour tubes are the professional's choice for columns, piers, pilings, and footings on demanding concrete projects.
Select the correct tube diameter and wall thickness for your project. Standard wall thickness is rated for pours up to 3.7 m (12 ft); heavy wall thickness handles pours over 9.1 m (30 ft). Place the tube in the excavation or formwork, check plumb, and brace securely. For taller pours, ensure adequate bracing to resist the hydrostatic pressure of wet concrete. Tubes can be placed manually or by crane depending on size. Pour concrete (such as STRONGSET™ or 6K STRONGSET™ for smaller diameters, or ready-mix for larger commercial pours) in a single continuous placement. Pouring rate is based on tube size and specific jobsite conditions. Consolidate per standard concrete placement practices.
